I imagine that none of them are able to converse fluently in neither English nor Malay since this is the embassy for Chinese but I was wrong. In fact, they are all fluently spoke in Malay, extra super nice people and full of hospitality.
For those who are first time (like me) apply for the visa, please prepare a photocopied of yr passport front page, this will speed up your application. Overall, the process taken there is fast, very!, I've waited no more than 10 minutes before my number/turn called.
